SKAFF, a family-owned group of companies, started its foray in the construction venture in 2008 as it served the civil project requirements of mining companies that were also its customers in its trading business. With its construction venture growing fast, Skaff Group decided to establish the SKAFF Construkt, Inc. as a separate company in August 2011.
SKAFF Construkt, Inc. counts as its major customers JGC Philippines, Apex Mining in Compostella Valley, Philsaga Mining in AgusanDelSur, Oceana Gold-Didipio Mines in Nueva Vizcaya and PASAR in Leyte.
Its civil projects for these customers include fabrication and erection of steel structures (beams, girders, trusses), as well as construction and installation of warehouses, school buildings, towers, chemical storage and mixing tanks, silos, chutes, pipe and duct works, fabrication of heat exchangers atmospheric and pressure vessels, bridges, overhead cranes, penstocks and smoke stacks.

SKAFF CONSTRUKT is set to launch the Fonacier Iron Ore Project in J. Panganiban, Camarines Norte, tapping into 6.267 million metric tons of proven mineral resources with approximately 37% iron purity. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion, strengthening its role in the mining industry and contributing to national industrial growth. With strategic planning underway, SKAFF CONSTRUKT is poised to transform this rich deposit into a key driver of progress.
The Silangan Project, situated in Surigao del Norte, consists of the following deposits – Boyongan, Bayugo- Silangan and Bayugo-Kalayaan, with the latter representing a joint venture with Manila Mining Corporation.
Currently engaged with JGC Phils for the Civil and Concrete Works of the new Geothermal Brine Optimization Plant of Energy Development Corp. in Ormoc, Leyte and Bago City, Negros Occidental.
